Meet Danielle
Experiencing a major loss at a young age instilled a desire within me to offer support and guidance to people through life’s most difficult challenges. Years later, while pursuing my Master’s degree in Couple and Family therapy at the University of Colorado-Denver, I stumbled upon Attachment Theory and was given the opportunity to work closely with couples, families, and individuals with deep attachment wounds and histories of trauma. This experience greatly shaped my identity as a therapist and helped me to realize the far-reaching impacts that attachment can have on your life. I believe that by exploring your attachment history and understanding the way that your early attachment experiences influence your views of yourself, the world, and your relationships with others, you can reclaim control of your experience and begin the healing process through connection.
I feel honored to walk beside my clients in their therapeutic journey. As a relational therapist, I believe it is essential to utilize the therapeutic relationship to foster security and initiate the healing of attachment wounds. I strive to provide a safe, welcoming environment where clients feel comfortable being vulnerable and doing the work necessary to actualize the changes they would like to see. I combine mindfulness and experiential techniques with attachment-based therapy to create a safe place for clients to view their situation from a different lens and examine the way that their past and present systems are affecting the issues they bring to therapy.
When I’m not seeing clients, I’m usually baking, cooking, reading, or catching up on my favorite show. I also love spending time outdoors and exploring the mountains with my husband and our two sons!

Meet Jessica
As a person who has experienced a variety of adversity, I understand the importance of support and community. I also organically have played listening and helping roles throughout my life. My passion is to help others who have had difficulty in development, navigating their daily lives, and in their personal identity.
Prior to entering my educational career in social work, I took time in nature to connect to myself, to better understand others and their behaviors, so that I could better teach others to embrace themselves rather than condemn. While pursuing my Bachelor Degree in Psychology, I participated in my own healing journey and decided to continue my education toward becoming a therapist. I moved to the foothills of Colorado and learned about Clinical Social Work. I realized that the broad and flexible approach in social work was a perfect fit for me. I obtained my Master of Social Work at the University of Denver and have been working in Conifer and Evergreen since.
I am a systemic therapist, who looks at the entire environment of a person and how that molds and impacts them. I am eclectic in my modalities but have a propensity for Cognitive Behavioral approaches. I create a peaceful and serene space for us to be honest with each other in the therapeutic relationship. I utilize the mind and body approach for us to understand the wholeness of a person.
