Meet Dr. Hannah
I am a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner who has been practicing since 2021. I have thirteen years of healthcare experience in general medicine and psychiatry. I offer an evidence-based, holistic, trauma-informed approach to mental health and wellness that focuses on your unique needs and strengths. An essential component of treatment is fostering hope, and I assist my patients in recognizing their ability to heal and recover. I specialize in treating depression, mood disorders, ADHD, trauma and stress disorders, perinatal mental health, and anxiety disorders. Though I mostly manage psychiatric medications, I also provide supportive psychotherapy during appointments, allowing for a safe space to discuss symptoms, treatment options, and your progress.
My family and I moved to Conifer from Chicago in 2023 after falling in love with its scenery and access to outdoor activities. I enjoy camping, hiking, and working in the yard with my husband, daughter, and four dogs.

Meet Drew: PMNHP Student
I am a Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner Student with six years of experience in psychiatric and emergency nursing. My RN background includes working in the ER, crisis centers, and both short- and long-term inpatient psychiatric care, where I have gained a deep understanding of the challenges individuals face in their mental health journey. I take an evidence-based, holistic, and person-centered approach to care, tailoring treatment to each patient’s unique needs and strengths. I believe that hope is a key component of healing, and I am committed to fostering a supportive environment where patients feel empowered to take control of their mental wellness.
As I complete my final clinical rotation at Conifer Counseling, I look forward to working alongside Dr. Hannah and the therapist team to provide comprehensive, high-quality psychiatric care. I am especially passionate about integrating medication management with therapy-based interventions to ensure a well-rounded and individualized approach to treatment. Collaboration and compassionate care are at the heart of my practice, and I am eager to contribute to a team that prioritizes both.
Originally from the Black Hills of South Dakota, I have called Colorado home for the past six years. Outside of my clinical work, I enjoy backpacking, fishing, camping, gardening, and spending time on the water. My dog, Banjo, is my constant adventure companion, and I always appreciate time spent exploring the outdoors.
