Meet Kristen
Kristen works with individual clients of all ages in a therapeutic setting at the Conifer Counseling office as well as the on-site therapist at our trademark office Park County Counseling in Bailey. Kristen’s approach to therapy surrounds a person-centered holistic approach. Kristen is eager to support the mental health in the mountain community through her work with Conifer and Park County Counseling.
Along with individual counseling, Kristen runs a support group for those who endured or are enduring narcissistic behaviors that provides support navigating these behaviors and how to heal from them. Another group that Kristen is hosting is Yoga Therapy. This group is mind-body therapy using the body and the breath to alleviate symptoms of anxiety, depression, trauma or any other life struggles that may keep someone from living a fulfilling life. Kristen also offers individual yoga therapy sessions that can be scheduled through the intake line at Conifer Counseling.
Kristen comes to Conifer Counseling with a strong background in education and holds a M.Ed. Kristen has lived and worked in various countries for 15 years as an International Educator. While living abroad in South East Asia, Kristen pursued the world of various Eastern therapies including yoga, mindfulness meditation, Thai therapies and Ayurveda.
